If yes, our agency is seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join our team! We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in running ads for personal brands and seamlessly blend with our mission and vision. We have a diverse portfolio of clients, each with unique needs and goals. We need you to strategize, create, fine-tune, and grow profitable campaigns that will make their brands shine. What You'll Do Daily: Monitor Ad Performance: Regularly assess the performance of ad campaigns, proposing and implementing tactics to enhance ROAS, optimize budgets, and reduce costs per click/lead and customer acquisition. Track Performance vs. Sales Goals: Review our progress towards weekly/monthly sales targets. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads and boosting product sales. Collaborate with the Team: Work in sync with the Account Manager and Project Managers, ensuring we're aligned on daily tasks and project timelines. Using our communication tools, Voxer & ClickUp, you'll provide regular updates and action plans. Weekly Tasks: Ad Briefing: Identify trends and red flags in advertising accounts, taking corrective action where necessary, with a keen focus on Budget & ROAS. Communication: Provide insightful campaign updates to our account managers and marketing assistants so they can relay pertinent info to our clients, suggesting action plans - tasks, responsibilities, timelines, and more. Monthly Responsibilities: Ad Copy & Creatives: Be bold and proactive in proposing new ideas for evergreen ads, including video ads, ad copy, creatives, and more. Ad Campaign Management: Duplicate high-performing ads, broaden audiences, increase budgets, and introduce upsells. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Campaign Research: Dive into research for innovative campaign ideas, leveraging client information, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Launch Support: Ensure timely and approved ad deployment for pre-launch and cart open phases, adjusting and resubmitting any rejected ads. Campaign Activation: Ensure all campaign prerequisites are met and traffic is activated as per schedule, liaising with the Account Manager for any last-minute requirements. Launch Traffic Activation: From installing conversion tracking plugins to setting up new campaigns focused on conversions or lead generation, you'll be responsible for ensuring a successful launch.
