The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling visual and written content, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and an interest in beauty and skincare trends. You should be comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on content production. What We're Looking For: Creative Content Development: Ability to conceptualize and produce engaging visual and video content suitable for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Influencer Outreach: Experience in identifying, reaching out to, and negotiating with influencers to build valuable brand partnerships. Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media channels, including posting content, engaging with followers, and growing online communities. Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing social media metrics to inform content strategy and influencer marketing efforts. Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile equivalents), and basic graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop. Proactive and Independent: You are self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage your tasks independently. Interest in Skincare & Beauty: Prior experience or genuine interest in the beauty/skincare industry is strongly preferred.
