Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage our Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive growth, increase conversions, and improve ROI across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage advanced Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping) to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions. Set up, configure, and analyze Google Analytics data to generate actionable insights that guide decision-making and campaign optimizations. Design and execute high-performing TikTok and Instagram Ads that align with brand goals and engage target audiences. Continuously monitor ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI, conversion rates, and engagement. Provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring campaigns are cutting-edge and effective. Requirements: Proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across all formats (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Advanced experience with Google Analytics, including setting up custom tracking, goals, and dashboards. Demonstrable success in running TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads, including knowledge of targeting options, creative best practices, and platform-specific trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns based on insights. Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for providing regular updates and collaborating with the internal team. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications. Experience with marketing tools like Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Data Studio. Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels is an added advantage.
