Here’s the profile we’re looking for: ✅ Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for spotting members attempting to misuse the group, such as posting promotional content disguised as valuable information. ✅ Efficient Execution: You ensure no member or post request remains pending for more than 24 hours, keeping the group dynamic and active. ✅ Writing Proficiency: You craft engaging and value-driven posts that spark meaningful conversations and encourage participation from members. ✅ Humility: You welcome constructive feedback and view it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. ✅ Proactive Mindset: You consistently seek opportunities to enhance engagement and foster richer, more impactful conversations. ✅ 2+ years of managing communities (ideally managing a community of business owners) ➡️ WHAT WE OFFER ✅ Competitive Pay: $52K–$70K annually, based on experience. ✅ Performance-Based Bonus: Earn up to an additional 40% of your annual salary based on performance. ✅ Flexibility Work: Fully remote position (U.S.-based), with occasional travel to our events. ✅ Creative Freedom: No micromanagement—just deliver great work. ✅ Feedback & Growth: Honest, constructive feedback to help you improve your craft. ➡️ READY TO APPLY?
