Overview: We're seeking a professional videographer to capture high-quality footage at our booth during a major tradeshow at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. We want to showcase our brand presence, team, and booth activity through a mix of b-roll and short interview-style clips. Scope of Work: Arrival Time: Early morning (before the show floor opens – ~7:00 AM). Duration: ~4–5 hours. Location: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando. Footage Needed: Booth b-roll and visuals before the show opens. Short executive interviews (2–3 people, standing interviews). Staff-led product demo, filmed with clear audio (no audience interaction). B-roll of our booth in action once doors open. General tradeshow floor coverage: signage, energy, and visuals. Requirements: Professional camera gear (DSLR/mirrorless or cinema camera preferred). External audio (lapel mic or equivalent) for interviews and the demo. Portable lighting for indoor tradeshow conditions. Experience filming in event environments. Deliver raw footage (optional highlight edit—include pricing if available).
