B-roll footage in Portland, OR: Walking around neighborhoods

Looking for some basic b-roll footage of a few different Portland residential neighborhoods. To be taken either walking on the sidewalk or perhaps biking (like with a go pro?). I am looking for something that looks very similar to this footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMGvONrrEVI&t=11s Footage doesn't need to be edited or produced, it can be raw. It doesn't need to be cinematic, just looking for something that is clear, bright (on a sunny day!) and not shaky. And shot in landscape. This is to give viewers a feel for various neighborhoods in Portland (I'm a realtor!), so your input about how to achieve that is welcome - though some iteration of the walking style is likely what I will end up needing.
