We’re looking for a Podcast Producer to take the reins on production and help scale the show across audio and video platforms. You’ll manage everything from pre-production planning to post-production editing and publishing — ensuring every episode is polished, on-brand, and built to grow. This is a collaborative, creative, and hands-on role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced media and wants to help build a breakout podcast brand. Production Management: Schedule recordings, prep hosts and guests, and oversee remote/in-studio recording sessions. Editing: Edit audio and video content for clarity, flow, and engagement (podcast + social clips). Publishing: Upload episodes to hosting platforms with optimized titles, show notes, and metadata. Promotion: Coordinate with the marketing team on trailers, audiograms, and social snippets to promote each episode. Content Development: Help shape show structure, recurring segments, field reporting, and narrative arcs. Guest Booking: Assist in sourcing and booking high-impact guests. Quality Control: Maintain consistency in sound quality, tone, and storytelling style. Analytics: Track downloads, viewer engagement, and retention metrics to guide show growth.
