Tempe, AZ - Professional Property/Apartment Video Tour

We're looking for a professional videographer who is available to film real estate properties/apartment complex in Tempe, AZ. Preferably someone who's comfortable using Sony A7iv, Sony A7siii and who's also a drone operator Located / can travel to Tempe, AZ (date TBD, but ideally on the last week of March or first week of April) Filming will include a walkthrough video of the floor plans, amenities, and nearby landmark, as well as general b-roll of the property (please see samples below). Video will focus on a leasing agent who will be talking through the entire tour, so audio equipment would also be necessary. Candidates are expected to share a portfolio / sample video projects. We will provide a shot list for the entire tour and details of the property/project specifics over a call. The goal of the entire project is to create a full tour video of the property.
