Need help putting together a 10-episode podcast online

There's a group of five of us who have been friends since college in the early 90's. One of the group is dying of cancer. He may have three-twelve months to live. He wants to create a podcast about his cancer journey. We will have to do it via Zoom or some other softward due to us being in five different locations. We need help prepping us for it, recording it, editing it, and then putting it up on youtube and podcast services.
