ZOOM POWERPOINT Co Host for Presentation
Need someone to check my setup on ZOOM and make sure Powerpoint is being displayed properly. The presentation is 11 AM PST April 9 expect it to go about 45 min with an additional 30-45 for Q&A . the Q being in chat. Probably need 30-45 min before to set up and cofirm systems working well. Also want to be sure I am getting a good recording of the event. I think I have it set up for participants to enter automatically muted.
