We are looking to bring on a virtual operations manager to help manage our very busy short term rental business in southern California. We have 25 houses currently that are full time short term rentals. We currently use a property management program where we set up auto-messaging, auto-reviews, auto-cleaning notifications to cleaners, adjust prices, and change availability on the calendar. We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively on the phone with guests, cleaners, quality assurance, and the maintenance team. The idea candidate is someone who speaks and writes great English, has a quiet place to work, and has great reliable internet connection. Please have prior experience working as a host. Very busy and fast paced environment year round from 8a-10p every day.
