- Help scheduling out Daily//Weekly priorities (Workouts, Content shooting/creation schedule, personal events like parties, etc) - Daily check in's once or twice a day to make sure clear tasks are established and getting taken care of - Progress towards goals is being measured and made, such as Brand growth, subscriber growth etc - Tracking of specific metrics like Subscribers, followers, income/revenue, etc - Insight into how my systems can be improved - Someone firm that can challenge me on how ideas to really distill if the right things are being done for the right reasons at the right time - Someone who will see the big picture and help me reverse engineer the steps to get there and create something I think can be created
