Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will provide administrative support to our therapists and clients, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage insurance billing and assist with credentialing processes. Track and upload payments accurately and efficiently. Monitor the Virtual Assistant email and respond to inquiries as needed. Assist with client onboarding, including paperwork, forms, and setting up telehealth accounts. Maintain and update client records in our practice management software. Handle billing and invoicing tasks, including processing payments and managing insurance claims. Call insurance companies to follow up on claims and resolve any issues. Support social media management and content scheduling as needed. Perform additional administrative tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: Preferred experience in insurance billing, with a strong understanding of insurance platforms and processes. Proficiency with practice management software such as Simple Practice, Availity, UHC, and other insurance platforms. Strong phone skills are essential, as you will be required to call insurance companies to follow up on claims. Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.
