You must already be attuned to this world—including endowment managers (SSGA, Wells Fargo, PNC), CRM platforms like Blackbaud, and key players such as AFP, CPG, Chronicle of Philanthropy, CASE, and other major philanthropic networks. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct outreach and manage communications with fundraisers, thought leaders, and nonprofits • Research and compile industry insights; stay on top of sector trends • Help elevate our brand visibility—bring your own ideas, take initiative, and run with them • Support editorial and publishing tasks (organizing, submitting articles, etc.) • Maintain digital records, organize files, and handle administrative data tasks • Coordinate email campaigns, follow-ups, and scheduling • Keep track of all moving parts—follow-up is key **Ideal Candidate:** • Deep familiarity with the philanthropic sector and its main players • Exceptionally organized and reliable; thrives on routine and detail • Clear, professional communicator—written and verbal • Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding • Experience with Google Workspace, email tools, and CRMs preferred **Why This Role Will Strengthen Your Resume:** This is more than just admin work.
