Calling all Type As! We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic Flower Truck business. This role requires a self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. About the Role: This role is administrative, requiring mastery of HoneyBook and some knowledge of Airtable. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their HoneyBook skills in a live interview Key Responsibilities: Front End (Honeybook) -Ensure all inquiries are responded to promptly (we have automations in place, but some responses may require manual follow-ups if emails go to spam) -Ensure clients complete our questionnaire and schedule their exploratory call -Assist in building proposals (most are templates already built in HoneyBook) Backend (Airtable) -Enter project details into our Airtable system and ensure all related tasks are completed -Manage to-do lists for each project to ensure deadlines are met -Oversee approximately 10 small to medium projects per month during peak season (through May), with a lighter workload in the summer -Update Event doc in google doc What We’re Looking For In The Candidate: -Expert-level experience with HoneyBook (must demonstrate skills in a live interview) -Strong attention to detail -Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks -Understands the importance of managing up -Can complete work on their own time throughout the week, with a required 30-minute weekly check-in with the owner Compensation: -Hourly rate + performance-based bonuses If you’re a Type A personality who loves keeping things in order and making sure everything runs smoothly, this role is for you!
