We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a custom home builder and real estate developer. This role blends admin, coordination, and light marketing with industry-specific tasks. integrabuilders.com Responsibilities include: Supporting clients, designers, contractors, and vendors Light HOA/property management tasks Handling entity reports, real estate filings, deeds, and CE courses Submitting quarterly forms and tracking pending lot activity Supporting marketing and sales (newsletters, social media, lite seo, proactive outreach) Organizing invoices vs contracts, COIs, W-9s, and maintaining digital records Occasional event and travel planning (client or community-related) What we're looking for: Detail-oriented, efficient, and self-directed Excellent communication and time management Familiarity with Google Workspace; bonus if experienced in real estate, construction, or marketing coordination This is a long-term, flexible role for someone who can take ownership of recurring tasks and support a growing team.
