Our growing mental health practice is seeking a professional and reliable virtual receptionist to answer incoming calls and schedule clients. This is a low-volume position, with an average of 1–3 calls per day. Missed calls will need to be returned within 24 hours. Responsibilities: - Answer calls live between 9 AM and 5 PM CST - Record call details in our database - Schedule clients based on availability - Return missed calls within 24 hours Requirements: - Experience in customer service or receptionist work - Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette - Ability to work independently and follow protocols - Reliable internet and phone service - Familiarity with scheduling software (preferred but not required) Compensation: -$100 per month (based on low call volume, with potential for increase as volume grows) This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady, low-effort role with the possibility of growth.
