We are seeking a Zoom Producer to support live virtual events by managing technical aspects such as slide sharing, video playback, polls, and chat moderation. This role ensures a seamless and engaging experience for both presenters and attendees. Responsibilities: Operate Zoom features during live events, including screen sharing, video playback, breakout rooms, and polls. Manage chat and Q&A, moderating discussions and addressing technical issues. Coordinate with presenters to ensure smooth transitions between speakers and multimedia content. Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time. Provide pre-event tech checks and post-event wrap-ups as needed. Assist with recording and distributing event content if required. Qualifications: Experience hosting or producing Zoom meetings and webinars. Strong technical proficiency with Zoom’s advanced features (polls, breakout rooms, screen sharing). Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, live event setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with event production or virtual facilitation is a plus.
