We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team member to oversee and manage all tasks related to referral processing. The ideal candidate will excel in scheduling, coordination, and communication while ensuring smooth transitions for all clients in the referral pipeline. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the completion of all referral processing tasks. -Schedule client consultations and coordinate with consultation companies to ensure attendance. -Resolve issues related to client scheduling or referral processing. -Manage and monitor the referral pipeline for seamless client transitions. -Communicate with internal teams to address roadblocks and maintain smooth operations. -Maintain and update client records and documentation. -Collaborate with team members to ensure cross-training and task coverage. -Cross-train with relevant roles to ensure independence and flexibility. Availability Requirements: -Must be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST. -Attend monthly team meetings and weekly department meetings. -USA-based candidates only. -Time tracking required to monitor role workload. Skills & Qualifications: -Fluent in English with strong, professional communication skills. -Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with diverse teams. -Ability to manage tasks independently without constant supervision. -Team player skilled in resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: -Familiarity with referral systems and client scheduling processes. -Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and task coordination. -This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, and capable of managing the referral pipeline while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
