We are an easy-to-work-with, productive, and results-oriented group of digital marketers. Looking for an experienced user experience researcher and designer (UX only, no UI design) to improve the conversion rates of our two corporate websites (digital marketing industry). We are attracting high volumes of traffic, but conversion is sub-par. The ideal candidate will analyze the traffic (it's possible that we are a. attracting the wrong people en mass, b. do not have the right conversion tools in places, c. poorly placed our conversion tools, d. all of the above), analyze the user behavior, identify the factors that cause sub-par conversion rates, and propose solutions to improve conversion rates. If you have a strong background in UX research, wireframing, and, most importantly, delivering measurable results, we want to hear from you.
