Description: We’re a growing virtual real estate brokerage looking for a licensed U.S.-based CPA with real estate industry experience. Our business operates with independent 1099 agents, and we process commission disbursements, handle multi-entity income, and require both business and personal tax filings. We’re seeking an expert who can handle both 2023 and 2024 filings across several entities and advise on structuring, compliance, and strategy. ✅ Scope Includes: Filing business tax returns for 2023 and 2024 Filing personal tax returns Filing returns for several additional entities (details to be shared) 1099 contractor tax guidance Coordinating with our internal bookkeeper Tax strategy and compliance review (federal + Florida, Georgia, Alabama) Advisory input as needed (deductions, expense classification, growth planning)
