As we grow globally, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations clean, organized, and smart. Position Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and accurate Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, file our annual report, and maintain up-to-date categorization of all expenses using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and reduce manual work. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file the company’s annual report with the appropriate government or regulatory authorities. Accurately categorize all company expenses and income within QuickBooks Online. Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly. Use an AI-powered accounting tool (e.g., Dext, QuickBooks AI, or similar) to automate and streamline bookkeeping tasks. Collaborate with external accountants for quarterly or annual reviews. Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits or compliance needs. Identify and flag any inconsistencies or areas for financial improvement. Provide monthly financial summaries to leadership. Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (certification is a plus). Familiarity with AI tools for finance or accounting (e.g., Dext, Botkeeper, QuickBooks AI). Experience filing annual reports and working with legal/financial compliance documents. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and remotely (if applicable). Nice to Have: Experience working with AdTech, startups, or SaaS-based companies. Basic understanding of global reporting standards. Ability to recommend process improvements for automation or optimization.
