We are searching for a dynamic, detail-oriented team player to join our New York City based team, contract basis as an Appointment Setter & Operations Support Specialist supporting our New York-region and US-wide clients, directly partnering with sales and operations teams to schedule appointments, manage data, and support/enhance internal processes. We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented professional to serve as both an Appointment Setter & Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will proactively engage with prospective clients via telephone and email, determining their interest in our products and services and scheduling meetings with our Sales Representatives. Additionally, you will assist in managing client data, updating our CRM (Bitrix), and supporting operational tasks to ensure seamless coordination between sales and logistics. Success in this role requires a determined and results-driven approach, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients, track outreach efforts, and manage data efficiently. An outstanding team member in this position will demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales process while also contributing to improving internal workflows and supporting business operations. Your primary responsibilities: Appointment Setting & Sales Support: Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services. Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you. Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise. Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer. Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative. Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered. Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact. Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing. Log and track all outreach efforts in our CRM (Bitrix). Follow up with prospects who haven’t responded or need additional touchpoints. Operations & CRM Management: Assist the Operations Director with order processing, logistics, and administrative tasks. Manage and update client data in Bitrix CRM, ensuring accuracy in records. Create and organize project folders for rug orders and client accounts. Monitor Phase 1 rug orders, updating statuses based on client feedback and project progress. Identify possible streamlining in sales and operations processes. Job Requirements: You must have: Positive, energetic, can-do attitude. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent time management and follow up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous. Computer literate. Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette. Professional and courteous disposition. Persuasive and results-oriented. Proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent organizational skills. Discretionary bonuses based on performance.
