About the Role We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to grow. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple digital platforms and handling various customer-facing operations. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and correspondence via email Oversee community engagement and moderation on platforms like Skool Assist with ClickFunnels operations and customer support Handle payment disputes, chargebacks, and related issues with payment gateways Troubleshoot technical issues for customers Document common problems and contribute to our knowledge base Requirements Alignment with our health and wellness mission and values Good technical aptitude with willingness to learn (full training provided) Strong written communication skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Previous customer service experience preferred Interest in health and wellness is a plus We Offer Comprehensive training on all required platforms and systems Part-time position (10 to 15 hours per week) with potential to expand Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly rate based on experience Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your passion for health and wellness and how you would contribute to our mission.
