Listening to Calls, Customer Service Follow Up, Data Entry

Hourly: $17.00 - $20.00

This project will run likely 1 week. You will listen to 30-50 phone calls and extract an agent name, a customer name, customer phone number, customer email address, and what happened at the end of the call. You will track if callbacks were scheduled. If call backs were scheduled you will then audit to see if the callback ever occurred. Once that is done for the 30-50 phone calls, you will email and call all of the customers to run a customer experience survey and offer them $25 gift cards for answering the questions. This should take one full week or 40 hours. You will compile and submit findings back to us.
