Position: Cold Caller – Industrial Real Estate Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time / Temporary Compensation: Hourly rate + Bonus Opportunities About Us: We are a growing industrial real estate company seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller to assist with reaching out to industrial tenants and landlords. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads to gather valuable information about available spaces and tenants currently in the market for industrial properties. Job Description: As a Cold Caller, your main task will be to contact industrial tenants and landlords using the provided lists. Your goal will be to find out if there are any spaces coming available or if tenants are looking for new spaces. You will record the information in an Excel spreadsheet for our team to follow up on. Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to industrial tenants and landlords using provided contact lists. Inquire about any available industrial spaces or tenants looking for space. Accurately record the information gathered during calls into an Excel spreadsheet. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions. Provide weekly progress reports to management regarding call volume and outcomes. Meet call and data entry targets as set by the team. Requirements: Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience is preferred. Comfortable making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence. Ability to maintain accurate records in Excel or similar software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
