Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist to support our corporate team with data entry and ongoing CRM maintenance. This position will involve entering essential data into the company's CRM solution and ensuring data integrity through validation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems and strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: · Data Entry: Collaborate with the corporate team to identify and define key data points that need to be stored within the company's CRM system. Enter this data accurately and in a timely manner. · Data Validation: Develop and execute data validation methods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of existing data in the CRM system. This includes verifying contacts, locations, contracts, licenses, and other relevant records. · Ongoing Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring all CRM information remains current and accurate.
