Hello, we are a growing coaching company with ~500K ARR. We are looking for someone well-versed in Quickbooks Online to keep up-to-date our books, issue invoices and prepare outgoing payments. Est. 30h/mo work on: - Book keeping for ~10 payment accounts, ~250 transactions/month - Repeat monthly invoicing for ~10 clients. Most clients pay a fixed retainer per month (no invoice adjustments) - Keep an eye on A/R aging and send timely reminders to clients. Build proactive relations with A/R clerks on client side. Escalate on our side in time when you get stuck. - Prepare outgoing payments for ~10 incoming bills/month - Prepare monthly close, P&L and balance sheet (cash basis)
