Key Responsibilities: Content Management Upload and manage all content, including webinars, blog posts, guides, and videos Create, format, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts on WordPress (some content may be AI-assisted, but always edited for quality and compliance) Maintain content calendars and track content performance analytics Community Engagement Own and grow our Slack community—starting conversations, encouraging engagement, and responding to members Develop strategies to foster user-generated content, feedback, and idea sharing Moderate discussions to ensure respectful, on-topic conversations Subscription & Email Management Set up and manage subscriptions—potentially on Substack or other platforms Publish regular newsletters and updates to keep our community engaged Collaborate with team members on content ideas for newsletters and special campaigns AI & SEO Strategy Use AI tools to assist with content creation and keyword research, while adhering to best practices that ensure SEO integrity Monitor changes in SEO guidelines to avoid penalties and maintain visibility Ensure all content meets ethical, accessible, and brand standards Requirements: 2–4+ years of experience in content management, community building, or digital marketing Strong experience with WordPress, Slack, and newsletter/subscription platforms like Substack or ConvertKit Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) responsibly for content generation and SEO Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Understanding of ethical SEO practices (E-E-A-T, Google Helpful Content Update, etc.) Self-starter with strong project management and collaboration skills Bonus: Experience with webinar platforms, Canva, or basic video editing
