Title: Remote Sales Representative (Lead Outreach & Follow-Up) Description: We’re a fast-growing healthcare services company looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. We specialize in virtual medical scribing and call center services, focused on ophthalmology practices in the U.S. You’ll be responsible for: ● Reaching out to prospective clients via email or LinkedIn ● Following up on warm leads ● Booking intro calls for our sales lead or CEO ● Keeping our CRM (Monday.com) up to date with activity ● Helping us build a predictable sales pipeline This is a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with long-term potential if we find the right fit. Long-term sales representatives will transition to full-time and commission based pay (50/50). Requirements: ● Excellent written English ● Comfortable writing outreach messages and follow-ups ● Highly organized with basic spreadsheet or CRM experience ● Experience in sales or outreach (preferred but not required) ● Must be available during U.S. working hours Trial Task (Paid): As part of your application, we’ll invite shortlisted candidates to complete a short, paid trial task. It involves: ● Reviewing a lead list ● Writing 3 customized outreach emails ● Logging activity in a tracking sheet We’ll evaluate based on professionalism, clarity, and ability to follow instructions. This job is a contract position. That means you are considered an independent contractor and not a direct employee of the company. Taxes are not deducted from your pay; you are responsible for paying your taxes to the IRS every year. It also means that you are only paid for the hours you actually work. Once full-time/ long-term, your pay will be commission based. There is no paid time off or insurance benefits.
