Autofunnel is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO with daily scheduling, calendar management, and operational tasks. This role requires someone with experience working directly with executives and a passion for AI and technology. There is an opportunity to increase hours based on performance and company needs. Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize executive calendars, schedule meetings, and set up appointments. - Provide administrative support including preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items. - Assist with copywriting or editing content for internal and external communications. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks. - Help manage business systems and platforms used for project tracking and client management. Requirements: - Previous experience supporting C-level executives (CEO/CTO or similar). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Good communication skills with clear, professional written and verbal responses. Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with SaaS products, marketing tools, or business management platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL). - Knowledge of AI tools or software. - Copywriting or content editing experience. - Comfortable using business management systems and tools.
