CRM & Lead Generation Specialist Needed to Build a High-Performing B2B Sales Pipeline

Description: My company, CALFAB, is growing fast, and I need a proven lead-generation expert to create a pipeline that delivers serious, high-ticket clients on a consistent basis. This is not just about running ads or setting up a basic CRM. I need a strategic thinker who understands how to build a long-term sales funnel that attracts real business, not low-budget inquiries. Right now, I want to focus on immediate lead generation, but this system should also be designed to integrate with a future website. That means automation, smart follow-ups, and a structured way to track and manage RFQs so that no serious lead is ever wasted. What You’ll Be Responsible For: 1. CRM Selection, Setup & Automation Help me choose and implement a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) that fits my business Automate RFQ tracking so every inquiry is captured, sorted, and followed up on Set up AI-driven email and text follow-ups to engage leads and qualify them Build a dashboard or spreadsheet system where leads can be easily managed and prioritized Ensure the entire system is low-maintenance but highly effective 2. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms) Develop direct outreach strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and B2B prospecting Create a lead qualification process to filter out tire-kickers and focus on serious clients Track, analyze, and refine performance to improve conversion rates 3. Future Website Integration While this job focuses on lead generation first, I want this system to be ready for future website integration RFQ tracking should seamlessly connect with a custom-built site when it launches Help ensure that paid ads, SEO, and CRM remain effective after the transition What I’m Looking For: B2B lead generation experience (preferably in industrial, construction, or fabrication industries) Expertise in CRM automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) Strong track record in paid advertising and outreach campaigns Experience in building scalable, repeatable sales funnels Someone who thinks beyond just “getting leads” and focuses on building an engine that converts them into real business How to Apply: If you’re serious about this role, please provide: A short introduction about why you are passionate about lead generation and CRM automation.
