About the job Company Description: Clear Path House Buyers is a company specializing in residential real estate acquisitions, operating in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Ohio. As a Real Estate Sales and Lead Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our business by managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career in the thriving real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management Respond to and manage incoming leads promptly and professionally. Qualify leads and assess client needs to determine the best solution. Maintain and update lead records in our CRM system. Sales: Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and negotiations to convert leads into sales. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the team to strategize and improve sales processes. Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, pipeline, and sales performance. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus but not required). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year commission only Benefits: Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Real estate: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
