We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our portfolio by acquiring new homeowners who are interested in professional property management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and engage potential homeowners interested in short-term or vacation rental management. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities. Present our property management services, showcasing the benefits and value proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to ensure trust and long-term partnerships. Negotiate and close contracts with property owners. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and signed agreements in the CRM system. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of potential clients. Familiarity with the short-term rental industry, and property management, is required. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
