I recently switched the primary domain of my Google Workspace account and also set up HubSpot for a new cold outreach effort for my company. When I have sent test emails to temporary gmail accounts or friends/family, the emails have gone to spam, gone to the promotions tab, or been marked as 'potentially spam' in the primary inbox. I need someone to ensure the DNS, DMARC, and DKIM records are all set up properly through Squarespace, Google Workspace, and HubSpot and someone who can advise me on how to ensure these emails are delivered properly. We are not doing cold email blasts - these emails are meant to be follow-ups for our cold calling efforts, and it is imperative they are not flagged as spam.
