Job Summary • Manages all activities related to client retention and develop company appearance to prospective and existing clients. • Building long-term relationships with key clients. • Addressing customer concerns and complaints. • Creating sales plans to generate revenue. Maintain detailed records, keep track of client goals, establish a standard for customer communications. Ensure client has been serviced every 30 days and contact has been made with customer every 60 - 90 days for check in progress. Assist Principal with client communications.
