We are a fast-growing eCommerce company with a strong brand and a loyal customer base. Our affiliate program has been running for over 8 years and is hosted on the Impact platform. While the foundation is solid, the channel has been on autopilot for the past 12 months and has shown signs of decline. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of this channel, bring in fresh strategy, and rebuild momentum. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves optimizing systems, building partnerships, and driving measurable growth. What You’ll Do: Affiliate Program Strategy & Execution Audit the current affiliate program and identify opportunities to increase reach, performance, and revenue. Build and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with our brand, business goals, and customer acquisition targets. Segment affiliates based on performance, audience, and engagement to deliver tailored communications and incentives. Recruitment & Outreach Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential affiliates, influencers, and content partners across relevant verticals. Develop strong relationships with affiliates to ensure they feel valued, supported, and aligned with our goals. Attend relevant industry events and virtual networking opportunities to grow the affiliate network. Performance Management & Optimization Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using the Impact platform, identifying top performers and areas for improvement. Implement regular testing and optimization of creatives, promotions, landing pages, and affiliate communication strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, product, and analytics) to provide assets and track conversions accurately. Reporting & Analysis Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with performance insights, forecasts, and recommendations. Track key KPIs including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, and growth of the affiliate base. Program Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and scalable program within Impact. Ensure program terms are up to date and adhered to by all partners. Stay informed about affiliate industry trends and competitor programs. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience managing affiliate programs Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs—you're not just managing, you're scaling. Strong understanding of the Impact platform is a must. Highly organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle many affiliates, conversations, and campaigns without letting anything fall through the cracks. Analytical mindset with comfort in pulling reports, spotting trends, and making data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a bias for action and problem-solving.
