Company: Vividly Built Inc. Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior 3D Artist who is a true master in 3ds Max, property visualization, and photorealistic rendering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating highly detailed, realistic renderings that stand out in quality and realism. You will work closely with our design and technology teams to bring properties to life, ensuring visualizations exceed client expectations and industry standards. Responsibilities: Create highly realistic property visualizations, including interior and exterior renderings, animations, and virtual tours. Lead complex visualization projects from initial concept to final deliverables. Ensure visual consistency and exceptional quality across all projects. Collaborate effectively with our in-house design and technical teams. Continuously innovate and implement new visualization techniques, workflows, and software tools to maintain Vividly Built's market leadership. Qualifications: Extensive expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray or Corona Render engines. Proven track record of producing photorealistic visualizations for property, architecture, and interior design. Deep understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, artistic vision, and aesthetic sensibilities. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Unreal Engine or similar real-time visualization software. Familiarity with real-time rendering workflows and virtual reality applications. Experience collaborating with designers, architects, and developers. Requirements: Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under tight deadlines. Portfolio showcasing exceptional visualization skills in property and architectural visualization.
