CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Classic Confections Enterprises is a candy company located in New Jersey, and it’s currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with experience in Logistics department. DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES Provide customer service support Coordinate pickups and/or deliveries Verify accuracy of WH receipts of received freight Collect all applicable documentation for the shipments, including BOLs and packing lists Deal with inbound and outbound phone calls Manage and update price list document JOB REQUIREMENTS High quality written and verbal communication skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel & Word, Database software, Google sheets Problem solver Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Full time job, Mon-Thur 9-6pm, Friday 9-12pm
