Property Tax Protest, a leading property tax protest company, is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients, organizing and reviewing client submitted documents, ensuring customer satisfaction with our services, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the property tax protest process, from sign-up to final resolution. Responsibilities: • Serve as a support role to the Operations Director as a point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts, and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Responsible for leveraging this platform to effectively manage client accounts, track interactions, and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams. • Responsible for promptly answering client phone calls and emails, providing personalized assistance, and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and expediency • Verify the accuracy and completeness of Client documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating a smooth transition of representation. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients' needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. • Ensure that all submitted evidence meets the requirements for appraisal review and works closely with clients to address any deficiencies or additional information needed. • Monitor client satisfaction and take steps to ensure high levels of client retention and referrals. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to property tax protests. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Effective phone communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of information • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred. • Knowledge of property tax protests and real estate industry is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
