WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR As our Community Manager, you’ll report to the Marketing Operations Manager, collaborating with the creative team—including videographers, designers, copywriters, and data analyst—to cultivate an engaging Facebook Group and Circle Community. Here’s the profile we’re looking for: 1. Skills/Traits: - Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for spotting members attempting to misuse the group, such as posting promotional content disguised as valuable information. - Efficient Execution: You ensure no member or post request remains pending for more than 24 hours, keeping the group dynamic and active. - Writing Proficiency: You craft engaging and value-driven posts that spark meaningful conversations and encourage participation from members. - Humility: You welcome constructive feedback and view it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. - Proactive Mindset: You consistently seek opportunities to enhance engagement and foster richer, more impactful conversations. 2. Experience: - 2+ years of managing communities - Ideally, experience in the biz-opp or info-product industry.
