Looking for a customer service representative/ virtual assistant to work 40-50 hours a week including weekends for a Cable TV Company, $12.50-$18.00+ depending on experience. A few days in office and a few days out the office. Office in St. Louis Park on Cedar Lake Road off hwy 100 and 394. The duties and task of this position would be running the day-to-day operations of the company. With duties included, but not limited to; onboard new customers, trying to obtain new customers through different social media and marketing strategies, making sure marketing strategies and plans are running accordingly, being a customer service rep and helping customer with questions, making sure other contract based employees are completing their projects as assigned, organizing any documents, and creating daily reports to bring to me about the days activities, entering to do list for the next day, making sure customers are seamlessly being on boarded from the website to the back end of our software and making sure their subscription is correct, making sure all finances are accounted for, making sure our financial records are accurate with the customer base and subscriptions they have obtained, making sure social media content is being posted, writing to do list for our assistants, responding to customers, emails, phone calls, or social media messages, posting our marketing material in different social media and website platforms, keeping track of all our marketing goals, keeping track of our social media content and organizing the content to be saved in specific areas so that it is easy to retrieve, making sure other employees have completed task for the day. This is a general overview of day-to-day task that need to be completed. You would literally be running a company from A to Z making sure all goals are being met as well as contributing to ideas and being vocal about what else could be implemented to make the company better or what infrastructures would work best for what we are trying to do. With this being a new company and a new business venture there will be a lot of unforeseen circumstances that have not been predicted, but can easily be accomplished and overcome with strategy and understanding.
