Who You Are A customer service professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management. Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, live chat software, and email communication tools. Ideally, familiar with the firearms industry or willing to learn about firearms safety and training requirements. A proactive problem solver who can handle inquiries professionally, qualify leads, and manage client expectations. Your Responsibilities ✅ Client Communications: Manage inquiries via email and live chat, providing timely and professional responses about our training programs. ✅ Pre-Class Engagement: Ensure registered participants receive essential information, answer questions about logistics, and improve customer readiness. ✅ Post-Class Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up communications, gather feedback, and encourage online reviews. ✅ Lead Qualification: Assess inquiries and guide potential clients to the right training programs based on their needs. ✅ Customer Retention: Maintain relationships with past students, promoting additional courses and engagement opportunities.
