Description: We are looking for a temporary Receptionist/Patient Representative excited about creating a high-quality patient-experience and contributing to the smooth operations of a growing women’s health practice. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with empathy and creativity. What you will do: This will support our growing telehealth practice. You will assist with virtual check in, obtain insurance information, assist with troubleshooting, and schedule follow up appointments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years relevant experience in the healthcare field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Detail oriented and well organized with a strong work ethic Strong computer skills Familiarity with EMRs preferred
