We are an MSP in business for 40+ years specializing in providing top-tier IT solutions and support, primarily in a Windows environment with a mix of Mac users. We are looking for a skilled Remote-only Level 3 Technical IT professional to join our team on a part-time basis. US based preferred. We will train the right candidate on our client setups. Estimate 5 - 15 hours per week of work. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical (workstation and Server) issues for our clients. • Required Skills and Experience: • Proven experience in supporting the following technologies: • Server OS: Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 and Windows HA Hyper-V Cluster, • Windows workstation support • Connectwise Ticket System experience required
