We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Principal AI Engineer to join our team. With a focus on AI/ML technologies and advanced data processing pipelines, the ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and scaling AI-driven applications. The Principal AI Engineer will lead a team of AI specialists, driving the creation and implementation of complex AI models, optimizing AI workflows, and integrating them into our core business operations. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices. Design and implement large-scale AI/ML models and systems, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to address complex business challenges. Oversee the development of data pipelines and workflows to support AI model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments. Collaborate with product teams to define AI strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive the integration of advanced AI algorithms into various business processes, enhancing decision-making, automation, and predictive analytics. Optimize AI/ML models and systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency, focusing on large datasets and real-time processing. Work closely with cross-functional teams (including backend, frontend, and data teams) to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions. Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI/ML, ensuring the company leverages cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of AI-driven projects. Expert proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and large-scale data processing. Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Advanced knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, including cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of leading and scaling AI teams. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML libraries. Expertise in data pipeline development, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Skills: Advanced experience in deploying and scaling deep learning models, including NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Familiarity with AI operations (AIOps), model monitoring, and lifecycle management. Expertise in distributed computing and parallel processing to handle large-scale data and model training. Experience in working with AI ethics and fairness, ensuring responsible use of AI in business applications. Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for AI model deployment and scaling. Experience in multi-tenant architectures and strategies for ensuring data security and privacy in AI systems.
