We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to help optimize our vector embedding and searching capabilities, as well as reduce latency in our existing AI systems. This role will focus on improving the efficiency of large-scale vector search processes, particularly using Pinecone and Large Language Models (LLMs). Key Responsibilities: Improve the performance and scalability of vector embeddings for large datasets. Optimize vector search latency, ensuring fast and accurate retrieval. Work with Pinecone to fine-tune vector search and indexing mechanisms. Collaborate with the AI team to integrate improvements into existing AI agent workflows. Use techniques like dimensionality reduction, indexing strategies, and optimized querying to enhance system performance. Contribute to performance monitoring and troubleshooting for latency-related issues. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience working with vector embeddings and search technologies. Familiarity with Pinecone or similar vector database platforms. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration with search systems. Experience in performance optimization and low-latency computing. Knowledge of machine learning, data processing, and AI systems. Preferred Skills: Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or other relevant languages. Familiarity with indexing algorithms, vector search, and AI model deployment.
