With a current footprint of three clinics, we are poised for strategic expansion into secondary markets within Florida.​ Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with our leadership team in scaling Yunique Medical from three to five or more clinics statewide. This role focuses on refining and implementing robust systems and processes across all departments, leveraging technological platforms and artificial intelligence (AI) to establish and maintain best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling cash-pay medical practices, a deep understanding of exit strategies, and a history of fostering leadership within organizations.​ Key Responsibilities: Strategic Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to expand our clinic network, targeting secondary markets within Florida.​ Operational Excellence: Assess, refine, and implement systems and processes across all departments to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.​ Technological Integration: Utilize advanced technical platforms for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and incorporate AI tools to develop and maintain best practices.​ Leadership Development: Mentor and develop internal leadership to support organizational growth and maintain our commitment to exceptional patient care.​ Financial Performance: Collaborate with the executive team to achieve an eight-figure revenue target, maintain a 30-35% EBITDA margin, and drive 30% year-over-year growth.​ Qualifications: Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling cash-pay medical practices, with a strong understanding of operational challenges and growth strategies.​ Technical Proficiency: Experience in implementing technological solutions for SOP management and leveraging AI to enhance operational practices.​ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop and mentor leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.​ Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial metrics, with experience in driving profitability and sustainable growth.​ Location: Candidates must reside in Florida, with a preference for those in Central Florida, to effectively oversee current and future clinic operations.​ Application Process: This is a strategic hire, and we are committed to finding the right fit for this pivotal role.
