We are looking for an experienced and motivated cold caller to generate leads and schedule demos for a growing company in the property management industry. Your role will be to contact potential clients, introduce our services, and book appointments for our team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to property managers, leasing agents, and real estate professionals Introduce our services and explain the benefits of remote leasing solutions Identify potential clients and schedule follow-up calls or demos Maintain a record of interactions and leads in our CRM Handle objections professionally and follow up with warm leads Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional) Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections Experience with CRM software (preferred but not required) Real estate or property management experience is a plus Compensation: Hourly rate (to be discussed) Performance-based commission for closed deals If you have experience in sales and enjoy engaging with potential clients, apply now!
