As we grow, we're looking for a Project Manager who can drive tech-forward projects and keep everything (and everyone) on track. What You’ll Do: As our Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between clients, developers, and stakeholders. You’ll lead ERP implementations, custom web builds, and digital integrations—making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. Responsibilities: - Manage full project lifecycle for ERP implementations and website development projects - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define clear project scopes - Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations - Coordinate internal teams including developers, designers, QA, and support - Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed - Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and retrospectives with stakeholders - Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably - ERP systems and web development - Familiarity with web technologies (CMS platforms, custom builds, hosting environments) - Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of common ERP platforms preferred (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) - Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com - PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field How to Apply: Excited to take the lead on cutting-edge ERP and web projects?
